About
Ashley Rodrigues, LPCC PMH-C
Mental Health Therapist – Coach for Women – Postpartum Educator
ASHLEY’S WORK
Hi There! I am Ashley. I’m a licensed psychotherapist practicing and living here in Denver, Colorado. I am additionally certified and trained in perinatal mental health (which means I specialize in working with infertility, miscarriage, IVF, pregnancy, and postpartum).
THERAPY PERSPECTIVE
I am fascinated by the mind body connection and I often explore how hormonal shifts impact our mental health. I am also a trained yoga instructor and commonly use breathwork, mindfulness practices, and mediation with clients. My work is rooted in the principles of empowerment, education, and self trust.
WHAT ARE SESSIONS LIKE?
Being in a session with me feels comfortable, informal, and nonjudgemental. I am passionate in empowering women through education and support and love hosting on going workshops and groups.
ABOUT ASHLEY
I am new to Denver, Colorado and have quickly fallen in love with the mountains. I am a wife and mom to 3. Most days you can find me in my garden, at the yoga studio, or rescuing house plants from Lowes. As a twin mom, I love strong coffee and enjoy art galleries, and going to see live dance performances (which is my first love).
